I have worked in the home repair and maintenance business for years, evaluating problems and performing repairs such as roofing, interior remodeling, deck construction, etc. This has given me “hands-on experience” with many aspects of the eight systems of a home. This experience now helps me to better explain the issues that I may encounter during an inspection.

My home inspection training included months of inspections with one of the top home inspection companies in Minnesota. There I received on-the-job one-on-one training well beyond a classroom environment.

This personal experience has given me the ability to analyze problems and defects and give advice about what action should be taken to resolve these issues
