Offering Full service home inspections.
Buying a home is very likely the single largest purchase you will make, so it is very important that you know exactly what you are buying and what condition it is in. As a professional home inspector, it is my job to look for issues or potential problems you may face with your purchase by giving you an impartial assessment of your home. I look at every home from two perspectives…it’s a home for you or your family so I look for health, safety, and liability issues but it is also an investment so I look for repairs and maintenance whether neglected or required to preserve what is currently in good condition or to improve to help assure they meet safety and health requirements.

I will personally meet with you to give you an educational walk through and will point out conditions of the home, including defects, health and safety concerns and needed maintenance. The final inspection report will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Additionally, for as long as you own your home, you can always call me with questions in case something comes up in the future.

Remember… I work for you. My client centered approach to home inspections has proven valuable to many of my clients, given that much of our business comes to me through word of mouth referrals and feedback from my post inspection surveys. My thorough inspection process and customized reporting system allows me to provide as much important information as possible to my clients in the timeframe of the real estate transaction. Comprehensive training, strict attention to detail, unbiased reporting, professional standards and judgments, and taking the time to educate my clients on the residential property I are inspecting, has provided numerous clients with the insight they need to make informed decisions on the condition of their investment or interest.
